Impossible to get help or assistance in any way shape or form over priced Impossible late fees 0 human decency or courteousness at all I guess the people in the facility are ok but it's like talking to the computer in person same preplanned bull spit which is pretty much just the middle finger my fiance has breast cancer on top of twin boys and everything she has left from her grandmother is in our unit they refuse partial payments and they refuse to give anything at all with the exception of late fees that are literally higher than the price of the unit i in no way expect charity or a handout but I can't even get more than an I'm sorry we don't accept partial payments

Victoria has been a great help to me when I needed to pay late. I highly recommend this public storage
