I had to move my house and fabrication business from pa to sc and I was obviously scared to death about trusting strangers with not only my house, but my only source of income as well. These folks filled 4 tractor trailers and 2 box trucks in three days, and only took two days to unload it all. From start to finish they moved my whole life 600 miles in 8 days. And out of all those full trucks, including stacks of heavy steel, glass tables, TVs and sensitive cnc machining equipment, we found zero damage. Not one broken dish. I can't thank them enough for the immense amount of hard work they accomplished in such a short time span yet still handle everything carefully enough that nothing broke. Moving can be a scary time filled with stress, but the whole crew from Matheson was a breath of fresh air when I needed it most.

Can't even get them to respond to any of my inquires to schedule a move. Used them before in 2016 and loved them so knew right away when planning to move again I would use them. Emailed employee directly over 2 week ago. Emailed again through website to general inquires still didn't hear back. Called in spoke with a person who just kept putting me on hold or asking for information I had already given. Frustrating and unprofessional. Disappointed in the way the company is run now in 2020.

It has been over 10 years since I dropped off a riding mower for repair. I inquired about it over the years and never any follow up from anyone. I have made it a point to never do business with this "local" entity ever again. Plus, there are enough YouTube videos out on the Internet for repairs and maintenance for any type of small engines.

Throughout the whole process everyone I worked/spoke with was friendly, helpful and efficient! Moving is always a stressful process, but they made it a smoother and more manageable process than I could have hoped for. Would absolutely recommend them.

This was by far the best move I've ever had. They were very professional - took excellent care and neatly packed all of our belongings. Plus, they were extremely fast. We expected our move to last 5 hours and they were completely done in 3! I would recommend them to anyone moving in this area.

Cadden Brothers were very professional and patient when I contacted them to move us but could not give them an actual date at the time. I packed most of our possessions and they offered to wrap things like mirrors and tvs because they would cover breakage if we let them pack fragile items. When I was finished unpacking I could not locate a glass bowl shaped lampshade to a torchiere lamp that I loved. Called and texted with several Cadden employees. They asked if I opened all boxes and totes. I told them I did. Where would I be hiding it? They did offer to call another client whose possessions were on the same truck. So far, nothing. I did go online to replace it and found something similar but not as nice. Funny thing when I was on sites for shades and read reviews where this same thing happened to others while moving. Is there a black market for shades? Also, no offer of any help monetary or otherwise. My advice is you can hire them but if you have anything irreplaceable in your home wrap it yourself as best as you can and take it in the car or ship. I wish I did.
