Excellent customer service - 5 Star treatment. Staff is very professional, friendly, communicates excellently, and answered all questions wonderfully. Storage and environment is very neat and secured. The best storage I have ever used.

Rented a storage unit from Jeanie Cox. She was extremely helpful and nice answering any questions that we had about the rental and unit. When showing us our unit she explained everything from how to get into the facility to where we could get the carts to help us load/unload our items to where the bathroom was if needed. Would highly recommend this storage facility and if Jeanie is there to help it’s an added bonus!

I rented a 6'x9' trailer. The customer service rep was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, smiley and friendly. She helped me get the trailer attached to my SUV and even got down on her back on the ground to look for my electric hookup. I couldn't be more please with customer service!

I came here to fill up propane 3 times and each time I wait 15-20 minutes, and once the employee just told me to come tomorrow. I came again in the morning, she sits in the office, chatting on the phone and does not come out. Each time she does me such a big favor that they fill up my gas. I rarely feel so terrible anywhere :)

Propane Yea right. Go there at 2:15 in the afternoon and told the only person qualified to refill is gone for the day. Don't waste your time here!!!
