I've worked with the founder a few times now and he's an honest guy, works hard and will get the job done without trouble. Great experience, I would definitely recommend I-Haul.

Very good every time

The people who work here are beyond incompetent. One person says one thing then another says another. They have to make it as complicated and as expensive as possible. This is a joke of a business. Literally go anywhere else. You’d save money going to Spokane or Lewiston given the rip of this place is. Renter beware. Do not recommend. Over $500 to take their smallest uhaul to and from Colfax from Pullman 5 times. That’s ridiculous.

They are very helpful and we have had storage with them for almost 6 years.

I’m so impressed with the quality of care from true North. The movers were respectful, kind, and thoughtful. They accommodated a last-minute request to pack my stuff graciously. From start to finish, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with movers.

I appreciated that they were very careful with my belongings.

Working with Pam was like talking to a friend. She was very understanding and patient as we worked through the closing process and figured out dates when we could complete our move. As is the case for any large request like a move, cost is always a factor. Minuteman Movers' price was very reasonable and well worth every bit of the cost.

One caution to potential customers would be to make sure you describe everything that needs to move. We managed to fill the truck completely and ended up moving 2 items in our SUV because we ran out of space. However, the 2 gentlemen that actually loaded the truck managed quite well and came up with a solution that got all our belongings to the new house in 1 trip.

Speaking of the 2 movers, Nick and Rick were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them.
- They worked well together.
- They were polite.
- They took care of our belongings like they were their own. For example, whenever they were about to lift anything tat wasn't in a box, they made sure their hands were clean and washed them if not.
- They kept me up-to-date on progress and we talked about issues they saw or questions they had. We even had a few laughs together.

All in all, Minuteman Movers took what could have been another stressful part of our new adventure and made it a non-issue. It was a very welcome start to our time at Lake Wallenpaupack!

They were great! We had so many heavy items to move. A butcher block from the 1960s (super heavy) and had them move multiple freezers/refrigerators around. They took great care with our walls and exteriors. Definitely give your movers a tip!
