Very professional, compassionate and thorough.

I am renting a storage unit from CubeSmart they are said to work with and give a 10% discount. Upon calling to get information, the person was unsure placed me on hold and then said they don't deal with CubeSmart because there aren't any in this area. ? There is literally one within 2 miles of this store not to mention one in Monroeville. I ended the call because obviously they don't know what they're doing. I'll stick with U-HAUL. Update: DON'T use CubeSmart either. The manager is a disgusting, unprofessional, excuse of a human being.

What a great experience for a first time storage renter. Staff was very knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions, since this was out first unit. Place is very clean, good lighting, and well maintained, We were there in the winter and the temperature inside was warm.
Definitely would recommend.

I stored my car of the winter at the East Entry location and everything went well. Ivy, the District Team Lead, did a great job of customer service (I would recommend that she gets a raise) and helped me deal with any issues. I will be storing my car there next winter as well.

Jamal was so helpful! He really helped me so much. Everyone at this store is professional and kind.

I’ve been using STORExpress South side for the last few years and have nothing but good things to say about it! Anna is one of the best workers and I appreciate everything she has done for me. Ask for her if you ever need help - you won’t be disappointed :)
