Was very pleased with talking with them about what I wanted to do...They were very helpful with info and are coming to see my site and let me know what I need to do before they come to move my unit to the site..

Our movers were Tom, Sam, Nick, & Jerry. They were very helpful, Polite, and hard workers. They showed up on time! They brought in 6 Huge boxes. Boxes Too big to get through the doorway, so they put them in the garage. They then offered to empty the huge boxes and move ALL boxes into the house. They were quick and efficient. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use them again.

My husband Jason and I just moved during this stressful quarantine time, and Doug and his guys at Appalachian Movers Transport were wonderful! They came with their masks on and were So speedy and efficient about getting our furniture out fast. I was amazed. All the crew were friendly, respectful, and efficient. We were in our new home in no time with all the furniture in the right place. Doug was professional and friendly to communicate with prior also, and made the process so easy for us. I can’t recommend Doug and his crew highly enough for your moving needs. Small business strong!

Our tenants used this company and was quite happy with them. After doing a walk through of our home after they left we noted plenty of damage. Our tenants blamed EL Dinges for the damage to our new kitchen floor in particular and stated she bought insurance to cover it . After some communication with Dinges we learned our tenant lied to us and made false claims about the movers. Dinges did however came and took pictures and addressed our claim...kudos to them ..thank you

Nothing lost. Nothing broken.

41broken items so far, even though everything breakable was marked fragile on 3to 5 sides, marked top and this side up !!! I even color coded each box to the right rooms. They didn't listen when I asked them to be careful and stacked 4 and 5 heavy boxes on top of boxes marked fragile !!! They even scraped wooden furniture into freshly painted walls. Very careless !!!!

I had this company lined up to move and on the day they were to move us they were a no show!! Owner stated he tried to confirm things the day before, yet the previous Friday he texted me would it be ok to come around 8:30-9am Tuesday. I texted back saying yes this would be great, so what more confirmation did he need?? So this jerk went off and made another appt. for that day and said he was booked for the rest of the week. Stay away from these people at all costs, they are extremely unprofessional and could care less about their customers!!
