I have used several storage companies in the area and Tom at Extra Space is simply the best! He called me to help me decide the right space for our particular need (real estate agent with lots of signs going in and out), made sure we got a first floor unit close to the door for easy and quick access. He worked with our timeline and was there when we moved in. Completely different experience than at the other companies—thanks for having such great employees who care about their clients!

Terrible. I’ve contacted Public Storage several times about returning their lock for a credit as I have my own lock and never a return call and no one is ever at the local office. Terrible customer service service.

Thank you Darla and Mason for your incredible support and making sure that I made an informed decision. They totally took the stress out of moving into storage. The units are immaculate and easily accessible for the movers. Climate controlled, well lit and security measures in place. So appreciated!
