Charmaine is the goddess of storage!!! I not only got a storage unit, I also had a BLAST while I was there!! She was professional,knowledgeable, delightful, and entertaining!! She was very thorough in assisting me in deciding which size unit I needed. Thank you Charmaine for a great time!and all the help. You’re the best!!!

Do not use this company, they will set up to move you and not show up. They will not answer your phone calls or let you know they got a better paying job so they took it instead. Spoke to them 3 times before the move date.

Had Scruggs move a home for me several years ago. The actual process of waiting/ calling over and over for an update on a moving day was frustrating. It took over a year for my home to be moved and I have to pay lot rent where it was sitting. There was no notice when they were ready to move the home they called the day of. I will say though that the actual workers were fast, knowledgeable and polite. Overall they did a good job with set up and moving it just took forever and felt like there was always an “excuse” as to why

Clean, lights work both inside and outside, corners are a little sharp to turn, but I don’t anything negative to say, I will definitely use them again when needed
