** No longer BBB accredited and multiple lawsuits against them***. I have had a unit for over 2 years, no problems other than the gate being left open or codes not working, UNTIL I paid my monthly rent for January before Christmas. I have the receipt of payment from their payment portal. After the 1st they came back and said I never paid the unit, that I only paid $5.00 for a new lock fee they started December 1, I was never told about a lock fee. I showed the receipt of payment from their payment portal that shows I paid my monthly amount and was paid through Jan. 31, which is my move out day. I also showed my bank statement showing the last 3 payments I have made to them. I have gone to the office, emailed, spoken on the phone, and have text messages but never the same person. They have locked me out of my unit and are now saying they don’t handle the units but a real estate office in Georgia does….

The store manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions in great detail. I am looking forward to working with her in the future and would recommend this facility to others.

We moved from Myrtle Beach to Saint Augustine Florida and they made our move so much easier!! We had a tight time frame and short notice, and they made it happen without incident. I would highly recommend them! Thank you guys so much!
