Our 8x8x8 PODS unit arrived from New Mexico yesterday at our ca. 1948 new home. To say that the steep and narrow driveway was an obstacle is understating it. Our driver, Earnest R. Hayes, II, went above and beyond to get the unit as close to our front door as possible so that we two seventy year-olds could unload it together. He was diligent and thorough. We can’t say enough good things about him.

Made a delivery and it went very well. I arrived at 08:00, and they had me back in upon check-in. I wouldn’t suggest checking in any earlier, as if you’ve ever worked or been associated with the moving industry, they require ample time for their crews to load trucks & equipment for the days packing/moving jobs.
Was unloaded and on my way in around 40 minutes. If arriving ahead of delivery, one can park on the street, but do give thought to the business drives, as their trucks will need open access for arrivals/departures.

Efficient professional service at every step.
Price was a little higher than some but fully transparent. No hidden fees. No extra charges, even for a transfer truck for delivery at the end.

Communication was excellent. All parties very responsive.
Everything was on time as promised. What more can you ask?

The best customer service! He was so hopeful and made sure that I was taken care of. Helped me get a unit that was not upstairs because I had signed up for the cheaper rate and I didn’t know it was upstairs. definitely will refer people to this location!
