The call went through a 3rd party, apparently a calling center, and they request your contact info in a very rude manner, in order to put you in contact with them, which sounded extremely suspicious, and of course, I opted to hang up and find another company who I can speak with directly. After I called, I started getting spam calls.

You try to call and line hangs up immediately.

The movers maintained great communication throughout my long-distance move, ensuring I always knew where my belongings were. They were flexible with scheduling, efficient during the move-in and move-out, and carefully packed everything to prevent damage.

Avoid if possible. Smoking dabs or something on the clock behind their truck. Having conversations on how they scored drugs in las cruces. Ask the people to unload boxes upstairs and then I go downstairs to check on something they all vanish downstairs as well and start loading their truck with some of the emptied boxes, they all must have got amnesia. I didn’t ask for much, I am very reasonable, an I also helped take stuff to where they needed to go. Could have just ordered them around and sat on my a$$. What’s the point of the gov even paying these people. Two people tell you they will come back to get the boxes the following day which would have been fine so I could have had the chance and go by the bank to bless all four workers with $100 each but they never came back so oh well. Text both the people only one responds saying they’ll get the other guys to do it, and no one ever showed.

Excellent customer service; they moved my stuff from El Paso TX to Albuquerque NM. Great value and cost, even the stuff was in second floor. I recommend the service broadly ?!
