We have used A Better Tripp 4 times now! Every time they are wonderful. This last trip the men worked quick and kept all our belongings super safe. The men were super kind and respectful.

I hired this company to pack and move my household. They did very poor job packing my items that several items, some irreplaceable, have been damaged. Also a couple of my electronics are missing. I have contacted the company/owner multiple times. It has been over a month and not only I have not been reimbursed but they do not respond to my inquiries. Do not hire this company.

On time, protected the furniture, loaded quickly, drove 2hours to our destination, unloaded at two houses all within 4 hours! Best we’ve ever used. Minimal and easy scheduling and paperwork. I am very pleased with the service. They showed up 30 mins late but it was nothing compared to their nice and kind service. They were very careful. I even asked them to do a quick stop on the road to drop some things off, and they did it without any complaints. Thank you for your great service.
