Do not use them! Don't believe all the 5 star reviews, as they are not real. Read the 1 star reviews and you will see a pattern. These movers are careless with items, will toss around boxes marked fragile and after damaging items you will never get ahold of their office staff to get the items repaired or replaced. They don't return phone calls or emails and will ignore you. Don't make the same mistake I did, use another company! Tx DOT and US DOT status is showing revoked!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY F rating with the BBB Update: I submitted a claim with TX dot,they have completed their investigation and cited violations against this company. They have also forwarded on to their legal department for attorney review. I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Great crew that demonstrated great care for our possessions. On time, in uniform, and went over-and-above to make sure everything was packed well and protected.

They left items in drawers causing them to break and wrapped an artificial tree in plastic wrap also causing the stem to break. They did not take apart a glass entrainment center but thankfully that did not break. We moved with Mayflower in the past and I feel they are a better company to go with. We had no claims with Mayflower but with probably have close to 5-10 claims with this move (still not done unpacking). It does depend on the movers you get in your area and that could have been part of the problem but better leadership may have been helpful. Addendum: We have now found other things that were broken like a hole in our shop vac but we have already filed our damages, which was also not a smooth process. I was hesitant to use movers as I have always done it myself in the past. First of all they were much more affordable than I had thought. Secondly they did an incredible job. They were amazing at being fast and efficient. They never dropped anything, didn't scratch a door or a wall, they did a perfect job. They also worked at such a fast pace. They were making sure I got the most for my money. I was highly impressed. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I know who I will be calling.

We just used this moving service & they were so great! Very affordable! Very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had to take the doors off my fridge and the back door off the hinges. Everything made it damage free! We moved from a house into storage and a small apartment. And everything fit! Thank you for your great service!!!
