These people are totally incompetent.

In theory, this service sounds like a dream convenience for many. You’re probably thinking, “Wow! They’ll grab my stuff for me, store it, and I don’t have to worry about it after that”. Well, that is true. That’s because the worrying starts once you want to actually get your things *INTACT* and *FOUND*. I cannot tell you the sheer number of people that my family knows, including myself, who have had at least a handful of items lost or damaged in the thousands of dollars. The warehouse they store the items in would shock you. Sure, it’s climate controlled. But the organization of it blatantly shows why there are so many issues with the system and service they provide. If you choose to go with this service, STORE ONLY THINGS YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOSE OR HAVE BROKEN.

Great experience working with this company. The units were delivered on time as requested. Also they were picked up on the days promised. The units were very clean. The price quoted and paid was better than any other quotes I received. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for storage units.
