Everyone was super :Bobby Ullman, who prepared me for every step to come, calling to check on how things are going, & answered many questions. Victor Marositica, driver also answered questions, great guy to work with. The packers Donna, Floyd & Willie did a great job. Thanks Norco for making my move across the country as easy on me as possible.

We have used this company twice in the last two years. The first time they did a fantastic job. So, we decided to used them again. That was a huge mistake. They sent a crew so incompetent that it took them 36 man hours, (a crew of 3 men at 12 hours each) to move us from a three bedroom apartment in Carrollton to a 3 bedroom house in Plano. I calculated the rates we were charged for both moves. It was the same furniture, and even the same boxes because we saved them knowing that we would be moving again in a year. Here are the calculations for the man hours for each move: 2018 - 2 guys @ 9.5 hours = 19 man hours -moving from a 2 story house to a two story apartment 2019 - 3 guys @ 12 hours =36 man hours -moving from a 2 story apartment to a one story house We feel like this last move should not have taken more than 21 total man hours (an extra 2 man hours) for a total of 7 hours plus the trip charge which equals $960. We were charged $1490 plus a trip charge of $50 which is an unreasonable amount for this move. I personally took 5 loads to my personal car in the time it took two of them to find their tape gun. I would also add that everything except for furniture was packed and stacked in boxes. They destroyed the top of my $4,000 desk, damaged all six of my dining room chairs (they didn't wrap any of these pieces in blankets), broke several glass pieces that were clearly marked fragile (the boxes were crushed when I found them), they lost pieces from two shelves so that we can't use them anymore. When I called the company after the move, Mr. Andrade would not speak with me on the phone. He said to send him an email. I sent the email with pictures of the the damage. We asked to be compensated $500 for the damage done and to be reimbursed for 15 man hours. We felt like this was not unreasonable, after all they advertise that they carry insurance for the customer's peace of mind. Following is his response to my email: I apologize for everything you went through with this crew as this is something that has not occurred with our crews before. We definitely understand where your frustrations are coming from as the unprofessional behavior caused more stress than anything. I want to let you know it was never our intention to fail you in any sort of way. Our company is built under Christian principles, which is why our end goal is to make every move an easy and satisfactory experience for our clients. Due to that, we had to take actions on this matter as soon as possible. We have removed both of the movers from our company and they no longer work with us. Our company has zero tolerance in this type of behavior coming from any of our workers. I really want to thank you for bringing to light all these points and I assure you this wont happen again. In regards to the $500 compensation, the work order was signed as a satisfactory move by Mr. Christian and no complaints were addressed when it was signed. Signing the work order makes us exempt from any complaint after the move is done. With that being said, you are still a returning costumer of ours which we value. The owners have decided to deliver a $250 money order to your current address. He protected himself by firing the incompetent people he sent to move us. However, we were left paying for his and this company's mistakes. They did send a $250 money order because we were returning customers. I find this interesting, it's not to compensate us for everything we went through, it's because we were returning customers. Don't fall for the "Christian Company" rhetoric, they do not live up to the principles they claim. Don't trust this company. If you do, don't sign anything until you have examined and unpacked every one of your boxes.
Didn't use this company but we're forced onto shoulder of road when Budd driver cut in front of our vehicle.
