Erwin and his team assisted us with our move to our new home in 2023. The experience was a great one filled with great professionalism and care. Probably one of the best interactions I’ve had with a U-Haul company. Shoutout to the beautiful gem behind the counter! I believe her name was Deanne (or maybe Leanne, so sorry!), and she was so kind. I had to get a box for a large shipment, and I felt overwhelmed walking in, but felt so at ease walking out. Thank you for the kindness and amazing customer service!

ROACH INFESTED
I was horrified to move into my new apartment and start unboxing all my belongings (carboard boxes) to find roach EGGS AND DROPPINGS in almost every box. I had to throw away so many appliances towels etc and then run every single dish I own through a sanitizing dishwasher cycle. Yes it was climate controlled!

The office staff was really professional and showed me a unit that would be fit my needs.

Great experience! First time ever using professional movers and it was really great. Scheduling was easy and friendly and the actual service was fast and made the move easy. It's stressful moving, but y'all made it very easy for us!
