I’ve used SCM twice now. The first time was a great experience. Movers were super courteous and very hard workers in extreme Texas heat. Second time was also this past summer, but one of the workers accidentally broke a few reasonably nice glass items when he over-stacked a moving dolly. Coming down the ramp of the truck, the top heavy dolly turned over. When I head the crash and looked out the window, the mover was standing up the dolly and picking up the upside down boxes which had clearly fallen halfway down the ramp. Instead of disclosing this, they collected their payment and left. Once we discovered the broken glassware and reported it, all that was offered was a discount on our next move. Unfortunately that is not much use to us since we will not be using them again. You might co sister using a different company.

Very clean and reasonable! Even better is the service. John is a great manager!!!
