I asked for a quote and for him to come look at the home in person. He asked for my address and told me he was on the way and then never showed up. When I texted him he never responded. Customer service doesn’t seem to matter and hours of my day were lost waiting on him.

Excellent service. Right on time and the guys did an outstanding job. Brought everything down from a third floor apartment and packed my U-Haul so well that nothing moved or shifted for my 500+ mile trip! Communication from the company was excellent too! Will hire again for sure

I highly recommend It’s Your Move! This company recently handled my mom’s move, and we had a great experience. They kindly accommodated our request for stops at two different places (a storage unit and a house) without issue. They were very careful, professional, and easy to work with. Another family also had a great experience with them. We will gladly hire them again!

We are the poster child for how well U-Pack can work. We had to move furniture and home items from my father-in-law's house in Midland. Texas to our house in the San Francisco Bay Area. The pod came when it was supposed to, was picked up the next day and then arrived at our house 2 weeks later. It was picked up the same day as it arrived, as soon as we emptied it. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

They broke my bed....where the box spring goes 3 young guys!! The girl at the office told me they knew how to put a bed together...no they did.not!! They should have said something...a bunch of liars and the office never answers the phone so you can give them the complaint.... lousy service !!!
