I wouldn't even rate this place with a 'Fair'. They NO SHOWED my appointment. I set up a same day appointment with them, they said it would be just fine to get my piano moved later that day. I was asked what time worked and told them 4:30. I was there at the location at 4:30 to meet them and by 4:50 still no one had showed up. I called twice and recieved no answer. Left my message, then called back a bit later and finally got an answer, I was told by Jordan that he needed to make a quick phone call and then he would call me back to let me know when he would be out there. I am still waiting for that phone call back. I had to appoligize to the person I bought my piano from for waisting her time. I left and then called them again to tell them to forget it and got no answer, I did leave another message and like I said, I am still waiting for that call back. I am very, Very upset with this company for waisting my time and the other parties time. I will never recommend this company for any moving needs to anyone I know. EVER.

Natasha is amazing! She was involved to ensure my truck and rental was going to be a good experience! She gave me details on specials and her availability if I needled assistance during my rental. Natasha knows what it takes to run a top shelf facility! She went above and beyond! I am very pleased with my rental experience! Thank you!

I had a the best experience with Penske, they were so helpful and there were a few things that went wrong with my move and they fixed every 10/10. They were amazing!

I hired Rocky Mountain Movers to clean out my apartment and move into storage in salt lake. They wrapped all my items head to toe with plastic wrap. They came quick, packed everything up and had me unloaded before noon. Rocky Mountain movers provides clean fast and very professional guys.

My son needed an emergency move this weekend. Cordel has helped me move in the past and was great, so I got in touch with him yesterday evening. He quoted me a fair price and was there this morning to help move. I appreciate him going above and beyond to help us on such short notice. Thanks again, Cordel!
