Clinton"s far exceeded all my expectations the office staff was kind and courteous called me back with a price and time move could be done in less than an hour. They called before arriving the movers were respectful courteous and very careful with my belongings. Delivered with out a scratch with great care. Best movers I have ever used.

I recently utilized this service for my move. We mainly wanted the bigger items moved and TVs. However they didn’t take the TVs. They removed bedding, they removed drawers vs just taking items out, they BROKE my outdoor table and didn’t tell me. I only noticed because I went outside to look. I had an interview and had to leave. Then they said that their was a language barrier with my mother in law, but yet they were in contact with my husband the whole time. They picked and chose what to tell me. They chose to tell me about the Nintendo switch that was removed from the couch console, but decided to removed my sons drawer and not tell me. I told them to put items in specific rooms, but they didn’t comply. They look who knows how many breaks while on the clock. I assumed it would be deducted, but I was wrong. They were very slow so I told them to unpack items and we would placed/assemble. They lost some screws to my dresser. It was comical because as should I as I said just unload and we will do the rest they moved fairly quickly. When tjey were going to charge me, the person present calculated wrong, thankfully they verified with their boss first. I still have yet to hear back from my broken table. It’s almost been a week. I texted the picture as they told me. They said they would call Monday. Nothing! I sent another text, no response. So we shall see what they say when I call tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get a response hear. Who knows! I do NOT recommend. Overly priced. Slow. Poor communication. No drive.

A hearty thank you goes out to Tony O and his team that moved us from Williamsburg, to Bedford, VA. They were very thorough and gentle with our belongings. They were prompt on time and when we got to our destination we found we didn't have as much room as we thought. Tony & his team did a wonderful job repacking everything into our limited space, making sure everything fit. He & his team wouldn't leave until we told him we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Tony O and Roanoke Moving. Great service at a great competitive price.

Great moving company. Arrived on time and moved quickly. Friendly crew- Fernando, Eli and Jesse. Great pricing. This is our second time to use Hawk Movers and would recommend to others. Jesse is a work horse!

Southwest was late and unprepared, thus delaying my moving crew and costing me an extra $750. This delay was caused by management not preparing/communicating appropriately to the crew - THEN they proceeded to gauge our wooden front door and stairs. These are very wide openings and should not have been an obstacle to moving anything out without causing damage. Now they are dragging feet on repairing these big issues. I have never written a negative review before on anything but thought this was important and I am very displeased w their response.
