Bait and switch- rented a 10 by 10 unit which upon move in is shown in the photo with mold and water damage. Was offered a larger unit for the same price since no other 10 by 10 units were available. Less than 3 months later, get an email that rent is going up by over $100 which now makes the rent price to be the actual full going rate for the larger unit. Fraudulent practices and no calls back from management and no one in the physical office most of the time. Don’t rent from Public Storage.
