This family owned company has always been fantastic, I supply them as a referral to all of my residents in apartments I have worked for and all the new home owners coming into our community and moving out from our community. United Rentals is very professional and always prepared to meet our needs!

I’ve been a tenant here for several years however with the pricing increases it just became undoable prompting me to downsize and find a new facility with cheaper rates. The manager Natalie reached out to me and was able to accomodate a smaller unit at an amazing price in order to prevent the hassle of going to another facility having to get a uhaul. She found a unit four Spaces down from the current unit. It was an amazing experience and Natalie’s customer service is exceptional she really goes above and beyond.

Everything went as it should. Checked some other places for hitch install prices and this place was on the low side. Plus they were able to get the parts and get the job done sooner than anyone else. Also, pleasant to deal with.
