Suffolk Moving Companies 2026

Was sold insurance on moving and storage telling me all items were covered by insurance. Don’t believe what they tell you. I packed my own box of an antique Fenton lamp making sure to bubble wrap Ang secure in box and label fragile. They had my items 2 years in storage and this is the only item broken and they denied the claim due to me packing it. I pack it better than any of their laborers would have as I have worked in insurance and restoration for over 20 years. I have attached photos of packing and resulting damage due to their negligence

Don’t use this company! There are way better companies. This company quoted me for an eight hour move. My house didn’t have that much in it and they still went over time and charged me for it all while leaving a garage full of stuff. When I told the company they didn’t get everything like they said they would in the original quote they then tried to charge me an extra 1000 dollars to get the rest smh. I’ve been in my new home for 2 days now and I’m seeing the desk, doll houses and beds are broken. I used TIDAL moving company to get the reminder of the things they left and they were amazing.

Be careful About too many nails on tge dock.
Nice people , loaded quick , overnight parking but no cleaning on docks I collected more than 15 nails on one dock. So be careful before backing up , in night you won't be able to see from truck. Even in daylight it's difficult to find from truck .

I've explained to these people several times on several occasions. The way I get paid is THE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH. I have asked them several times to just correct the day that I get paid. Every month without fail I have an issue getting into my storage unit. I don't understand why they give me such a hassle.... Especially when they get us an extra $20 every month because of the inconvenience of their own system. Believe me if I had any other storage facility within 10 miles of here. I would take my business elsewhere... I guess that's what they're banking on, being the only game in town. They can do whatever the heck they want to. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere if you can.

Kristina was great and I am so thankful for her help. She made the process smooth and was very articulate. I know if I would have had any issues (which I didn't!) that she would have helped in an instant. Her warm personality made what could have been a stressful day a breeze. The uhaul was clean, gassed up, and ready for use. She even helped me line up the mirrors to ensure I had a safe trip! Above and beyond care, truly. Thank you.
