I was having trouble finding everything I need in a storage space in terms of easy car access, size, etc. One of the issues for me is that most places offer one surprisingly low-wattage light fixture—almost like a night light—and no way to add your own light so you can see better. I'm not interested in having to use a flashlight in a space that I'm paying for, so I kept looking. Storage Court has some units that include a power outlet, and that was a game-changer for me. Now I can see what I'm doing when I'm in my storage unit! The folks at the front desk have been consistently friendly and helpful, and I appreciate being able to set up auto-pay online. Five stars from me!

The property manager here is fantastic! She’s been available to answer every question I have, has provided a dolly and helped me direct my Ubox for packing at move out. I wish more businesses had people like her!

Can I have a Mansion?

Hansen's Helping Hands and Muscle Movers went out of their way to assist us with a move which needed to happen immediately. All moving companies in the area were unavailable till the end of march.
The customer service and communication during and after the move was outstanding.
The gentlemen from Muscle Movers who arrived to load and unload were professional, fast and understanding. They did not bang any walls or break anything. All possessions were carefully loaded and unloaded. They finished within the allotted time.
If and when we need to move again this will be the company we call.

Avoid at all costs. These drivers don’t stop at stop signs , for crosswalks or pedestrians. The driver this morning in Squamish refused to stop for flashing ambers on a crosswalk.

If this is the care they take I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

Paul came and did an estimate and in spite of calls for a quote he never returned our calls or provided an estimate. No explanation, just wasted our time. They used to be great to work with but the guy, Paul was really rude and walked out without saying much. I found a very pleasant and careful team to work with in the end and am very happy, but sadly won't be calling on Swan's to give estimates in the future or recommend them. As for an actual move, I can't say. We never got that far.

I needed a truck to get something that just wouldn't fit on my personal car. Got the truck, got the product, took it home, gassed the truck back up, and returned the truck. Easy peasy! The ONLY negative thing was I couldn't figure out how the heck to alter the angle of the side mirrors, so I did some contorting to see things using them. Other than that - truck was clean and easy.
