Really nice! The guys are so quick and efficient.

Maybe this place has gone out of business but customer service is not great. Phone number is a weird voicemail. No one has called me back either. Many sites are unavailable after searching everything to find out later. Great concept but thinking its closing its doors. Talk to a gentleman today that two years later his storage is still up. Told me they were not great to work with.

Great service. Clean facility. There was an invasion of stink bugs in or off the buildings, but maybe it's because there were eggs laid in someone's storage? But the bugs are gone now, and it remains very clean. Only caveat is that price tends to go up by 12% after 6 months, but the manager was upfront about it.

Mike was extremely friendly and helpful and the location is convenient and clean. I also appreciate all the security cameras and being self contained vs drive up, so this location does not have the break-in issues that a lot of storage areas have.
