Great Service at a Great Price! With a career in the military, using PODS has been the smoothest and easiest experience I have had out of six moves. Containers arrived on-time and were in brand new condition and they were easy to load. Drivers were able to drop the containers with surgical precision on both the receiving and delivery ends. PODS is a great flexible and modern company with an old-fashion phenomenal customer service. Don't hesitate....call PODS for your next move!

Katherine and I spoke and she was extremely kind and friendly, answered all my questions, and helped me find the best unit and arrangement for my specific circumstances. She was very professional and just a lovely and bright human overall.

I made an appointment for a hitch install for the 11th and I received a confirmation on my phone,(8am the 11th). I called to verify and they said my appointment was on the 17th and not at the location I was told when I made the appointment. nobody has taken the responsibility to rectify this. If uhaul does not want hold appointments they shouldn't take them!!!!

Everything went very smoothly with our move from coast to coast. U-Haul's staff was helpful every step of the way. The U-Boxes sure beats driving a truck cross country.
