This location always has what we need, we're just lucky. The team members are friendly and knowledgeable, the gentleman taught me how to hook up a trailer and unhook it, he had alot of information for me that help me tremendously, he didn't just say do this he said why, wasn't at all weirded out about giving over a trailer to someone who had never driven woth on before. .I did very well lols. Pulled my Harley back from Portland:)

Absolutely the worst experience. Service was awful. Though they “tried” to make things right it still didn’t come out clean or right. We called them to clean a house that we just purchased. Mind you this house was overall clean, empty and we just wanted it move in ready. After the first 6plus house of 3 cleaners coming in the walls where still a mess, windows where dirty, they didn’t clean any fine details. The tops of and the doors still caked in dust, hair left in the showers, doors still had hand prints ect from old owners. Kitchen fridge wasn’t cleaned stuff left along the counter top between stove and countertops. This list can go on and on.
The owner tried to make right back coming back the next day to “clean” himself but let’s face it still missed so much detail. It wasn’t a great experience. I wouldn’t ever recommend their services.
After we communicated and ”tired” to come up witb a solution i kept getting an over charged fee for the lack of work that was completed. I got a maybe 50.00 discount.
Honestly a few hours of mine and my wife’s time would have been able to get the new house dialed in so much better and it would have came out way cleaner with no hostility.

Don’t want me your hard earned money for this company. You will be greatly undervalued and over paid for their service. Stay clear from 509 pack and clean!

Great customer service and commitment to following through on estimated quotes. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience for not having the appropriate 12 ft truck I requested, but gave me the 16ft truck at the price of the 12ft. Unfortunately, competitors Uhaul did not provide this same customer service from my past experiences.
