I deal with Kevin and Jennifer, they have been extremely helpful over the years. The 3 stars is because I feel prices are on the high side but other than that all is good.

While I hope I never need towing services again, if I do, I’ll be calling Bernier’s.

The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and fully understood what I was needing. Within 20 minutes, the truck was on site to tow my car to the mechanic.

Gabby did a great job with my vehicle. She was attentive and professional.

I would definitely recommend Bernier’s to anyone in Beloit or Janesville needing towing services.

U-Haul Storage facility

It’s supposed to be a secured unit the door is always open or broke and people walk in that never belong there whenever they want out of the year I’ve had the unit maybe the gate has worked 4 months tops and snow removal was terrible last year. If I pay for a secured unit that’s what I want the concord of knowing that can’t anyone just waltz in and steal my things or walk by and case my unit

Best service ever! The CSR Heather was delightful and helped meget it done. I needed the storage and she made it happen. I would recommend these storage units to everyone. Also very clean and spacious for the price. Esay to setup monthly payments. Excellent service.

These guys were amazing! They were a lil late but let us know and didn't charge us for that!
The move was bigger than anticipated, lasting roughly 7 hours, but they just kept on working! They were beyond respectful, asked questions when they didn't know something, and constantly went above and beyond!

Christoffersons moved about half of our home: furniture and packed boxes from out of storage, so a pretty big move. With a second floor and also basement storage it wasn't a move we wanted to try ourselves. Because it was one mile over the state line several other companies said there was an unavoidable upcharge. Christofferson's bid was much more in line with what we expected for weight and distance and they honored it too! With that reasonable price we still got excellent customer service from office staff, a convenient day for the move, and the movers were on time and friendly. I smile every time I see their trucks in our neighborhood, what a great part of our community : )
