A little precarious to get in there with this big semi but the people were friendly and nice

This company loaded a moving trailer for us that was being taken out of state. They did not load the trailer properly. They stacked furniture on top of box and totes which ended up getting completely crushed. Some of our furniture was also damaged because they did not put it on the truck properly. We provided ratchet straps for them to use to secure everything in place and they did not use them. We were told that they used them but once the trailer got to the new state we moved to and we opened the trailer nothing was secured down with the ratchet straps. They would assume no responsibility for the bad loading of the trailer and the damage to our stuff as a result. Very rude over the phone when we called to confront them about the issue. I would never recommend them to anyone . They also overcharge us after they were done loading. They charged us more money than we were originally quoted.

The team got to my apartment 2 hours ahead of schedule which was great, they moved everything out in a quick manor and were able to complete the job much quicker than I estimated my items would take. Very professional and the moving rate was very reasonable. Will be using them for my next move!

Brian, Dennis aand Sal were absolutely great. They were very friendly and cooperated with any of our requests. We certainly want them for our next move, hopefully in February. Best of all the move cost less that the quote we received!

It was hot and humid and these 3 guys worked their tails off. We had a lot of big, heavy stuff in our old 2 story house... and it was difficult to get it down the stairs and into our new 2 story house safely and without damaging anything. They did it with a smile. Well, maybe not a BIG smile, but a smile just the same. And, WEARING MASKS because we asked them to. I have serious health issues. So we are very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I found that the company was very easy to work with, they were very accommodating to the time of day I wanted to schedule. Everyone was friendly.

Really appreciate the care and attention we received from Sharron and Lori. There must be somthing wrong with my recliner though...everytime I recline it knocks me out. Ha. We got 2 flexsteel recliners and are very happy with the comfort and quality. Thanks for the quick delivery and service.

Guys were diligent, thoughtful and friendly. They quickly understood what needed to be done, made a plan and executed. They took great care moving things into our new place and ensured we were satisfied with the job. Definitely will use their services again!
