The staff is always very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you are looking for they will always check other local dealers for available equipment. It's also very nice that they are open until 7 pm.

After a frustrating two-month ordeal with this moving company, during which communication was minimal, they finally informed me via text that a check would be sent to compensate for the TV they damaged.
After another week and a bad review they did replace my TV. However the TV was smaller and they refused to provide a receipt.

From beginning to end the plan was detailed, discussed and documented. Communication lines were open through the process.
