We hired Mad City during Covid-19 and expected them to provide professional service to our dismay they were everything but that. We had a three man crew and they were irritated and rude from the beginning. One was professional but one of them also smelled of alcohol. I called and informed Brenda of the events that transpired and she said she knew immediately who smelled of alcohol. As a business owner how could you possibly know that someone has an alcohol problem and send them to do a driving job. On top of that one her employees Randy began arguing with my husband over his mathematical error as he tried to charge us for 5 and a 1/2 hours when it was only 4 and a 1/2 hours. When my husband pointed it out Randy became irate and began screaming in front of my 15 month old. I told Brenda about all of this before writing a review hoping that she would empathize instead she became combative and argumentative with me. Do not hire them they do not value their customers. They also damaged several items with scratches, put the boxes in the wrong room and dropped our couch. Despite tipping them each $20 at the start of the move we still received horrible service.
Brian, Dennis aand Sal were absolutely great. They were very friendly and cooperated with any of our requests. We certainly want them for our next move, hopefully in February. Best of all the move cost less that the quote we received!
It was hot and humid and these 3 guys worked their tails off. We had a lot of big, heavy stuff in our old 2 story house... and it was difficult to get it down the stairs and into our new 2 story house safely and without damaging anything. They did it with a smile. Well, maybe not a BIG smile, but a smile just the same. And, WEARING MASKS because we asked them to. I have serious health issues. So we are very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, courteous, friendly and hard working! John and Umberto worked tirelessly to move my one bedroom 3rd floor loft with some challenging stairs to my 2nd floor condo. They were unable to get my couch through my narrow doorway and managed to get it in through my balcony. I highly recommend!!
Really appreciate the care and attention we received from Sharron and Lori. There must be somthing wrong with my recliner though...everytime I recline it knocks me out. Ha. We got 2 flexsteel recliners and are very happy with the comfort and quality. Thanks for the quick delivery and service.
Everyone from the office people in Racine all the way to the Manager in Madison were very helpful and easy to work with. The truck team (movers), were actually 2 guys, a girl and a truck. They were wonderful! They were fast, efficient, hard working, and careful. Our team was all around GREAT! Thank you guys. Stay safe and healthy. My only request /suggestion is you could make the pre-move form a little easier to fill out as regards to how much stuff a person has to move. Possibly letting people know they will take open boxes and such. The guide lines seemed a lot stricter than what was/ or would be allowed.
Guys were diligent, thoughtful and friendly. They quickly understood what needed to be done, made a plan and executed. They took great care moving things into our new place and ensured we were satisfied with the job. Definitely will use their services again!
The team got to my apartment 2 hours ahead of schedule which was great, they moved everything out in a quick manor and were able to complete the job much quicker than I estimated my items would take. Very professional and the moving rate was very reasonable. Will be using them for my next move!
