Very embarrassed they have to use a picture that is not of their moving company and with my son in it ( moving trucks do not need refer also they whited out “Fleming Foods” logo as I’m the photographer) I’d add my original but in fear they would get a clearer copy
It's going on three weeks and I still haven't received my deposit from these ppl. I should be able to go into the office and pick it up, the same way I put it in their hands to pay for my unit
Both people I worked with were well mannered and very polite. The morning guy was extremely nice and quick. He was also very knowledgeable. He was able to build a rapport from my wallet and still get things done extremely quickly. The afternoon guy was super polite and checked before I got my things in my car and let me know I forgot my keys. I would of had to dig through my purse and talk to people inside and that whole long process but he was great enough to do a quick check and let me know I forgot my keys. Both gentlemen gave amazing customer service. If I ever need to do more truck renting it will definitely be here!
Stuff arrived on time, but most of it was all damaged. We packed to the cieling and secured the load, just as they advertised. Wouldn't use again. 2 stars only because of the arrival date.
Purchased a portable storage unit through this company was assured in writing(have the emails) that the unit was wind and water tight. The item is not water tight. It has multiple areas that leak. The company sent a worker out they 'tarred' one leak shut. However they have failed to repair the rest. I keep getting told they will get back to me on how to resolve the issue but every time I contact them they fail to return communications. They do not honor their warranty of leak proof. We have thousands of dollars worth of merchandise ruined behind their poor quality products. Would not recommend using this company.
An unusual move situation makes this review challenging. Discovering broken items (box most likely dropped or shifted in truck) is disappointing, especially when packing carefully.
The moving company seems to fall short in customer service. Am not sure if the response to the claim of broken items would be met differently if LaX Movers had packed and moved every item (including packing and taping all boxes and all items).

Lessons to learn.
Don’t let anyone but the movers touch anything. Don’t watch them (would then have seen any thing that might cause damage—they would then not be responsible because the customer saw it and was aware).
Respond only via e-mail (phone conversation content is not documented).
Sadly, they could toss a customer a few bucks for damages and make strides in positive recommendations of their service. Sorry to not support this local business
