I found that the company was very easy to work with, they were very accommodating to the time of day I wanted to schedule. Everyone was friendly.

We needed some last-minute help unloading our moving truck, and contacted ERO. They had someone at our house less than 20 hours later. Gio and Christian showed up early, worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully, and even went the extra mile to help me assemble a table that our previous movers had taken apart! They were friendly, professional, and hard working. It blew my mind to learn they had given up their promised day off to come help us. Five stars all the way.

Moving is bad enough but these guys really made a stressful day reasonable. Joey, Justin and Matt were friendly and great to work with. Showed up early, we discussed the move, and they did they their thing with zero hassles. Nothing broken or marked up walls. HIGHLY recommend this moving company.

Really appreciate the care and attention we received from Sharron and Lori. There must be somthing wrong with my recliner though...everytime I recline it knocks me out. Ha. We got 2 flexsteel recliners and are very happy with the comfort and quality. Thanks for the quick delivery and service.

Everyone from the office people in Racine all the way to the Manager in Madison were very helpful and easy to work with. The truck team (movers), were actually 2 guys, a girl and a truck. They were wonderful! They were fast, efficient, hard working, and careful. Our team was all around GREAT! Thank you guys. Stay safe and healthy. My only request /suggestion is you could make the pre-move form a little easier to fill out as regards to how much stuff a person has to move. Possibly letting people know they will take open boxes and such. The guide lines seemed a lot stricter than what was/ or would be allowed.

Guys were diligent, thoughtful and friendly. They quickly understood what needed to be done, made a plan and executed. They took great care moving things into our new place and ensured we were satisfied with the job. Definitely will use their services again!

We have used Shur-way 2 times with a local move and had a good experience. So when my son was moving out of state we called again and each step of the way was easy and professional. They kept us informed, always showed up on time, at both packing and at delivery. Vince Alamo was my son's driver and was terrific. He made the whole experience comfortable and stress free! We had to move out during COVID19 which is especially a tough time to move. They came protected with gloves and masks. Very professional, efficient, quick, respectful and very nice people! Prior to the move, they answered all my questions, was extremely prompt and very quick turnaround rate. They handled all our stuff with care (we had a bunch of fragile items). They are absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend them!
