I am giving a one star. They were really nice and loaded fast. The reason for one star is because they broke my daughter's TV. He told my husband to send him what the TV was and size. I sent text, called and emailed for weeks and the months to no one calling back or responding. I understand accidents happen but to not replace her TV and just ignore all emails, calls and text is unacceptable and poor business. We finally just gave up but if you read this review just know that she still doesn't have a TV. I hate giving a bad review but it's been since April and we are now November with no contact about the TV at all.
