I purchased a refrigerator from Costco, and the company they use for appliance delivery (Two men and a truck) moved it in but scratched my floor in the process. I contacted Costco about the damage, and Kirk, the owner of the delivery company, called me back. He assured me that a flooring company would reach out to address the issue.
Despite being told several times that a flooring company would call, I never received any follow-up. The last time I spoke with Kirk was on December 13th, and he once again said a flooring company would contact me. Since then, I’ve had no calls, and now Kirk is no longer answering my calls or responding to my text messages. It's now January 3rd, and the issue remains unresolved.
Update: I texted Kirk again on January 8th, letting him know I would be contacting Costco since he hadn’t responded to my previous calls or messages. He replied, saying he believed he had found a solution. I asked him what the solution was, but once again, he stopped responding.
As of today, January 14th, I still haven’t heard back from him, so I’ve reached out to Costco for assistance.
