The owner is very nice. The storage facility is clean. The units have automatic lights and climate control is a plus.

Highly recommend getting your next rental truck here for local Morgantown moves or even 1 way trips elsewhere. We were staying local. The price was unbeatable. Paul was the sweetest guy, and helped us get everything we needed to make our move as easy as possible. Truck was very clean. Low milage. Newer trucks. Overall, great to work with and will be using them for my daughters next move.

I rent from Penske regularly, and unfortunately, the experience keeps getting worse. EVERY time, the back of the truck is filthy—full of dirt, debris, and who knows what else. It’s clear they don’t bother to clean between rentals, which is frustrating when I’m trying to transport my own items in a clean space.

To make matters worse, the office staff is consistently rude and dismissive. They act like customers are a bother rather than the reason they have a job. There’s no respect, no professionalism, and certainly no effort to provide decent service.
When I brought this issue up to the staff, specifically Malik, instead of addressing the problem professionally, I was rudely told to leave! I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect as a paying customer.

At this point, all should seriously considering taking business elsewhere. Penske needs to do better.
This was also the 3rd time we had to wait in the morning for the office staff Malik Boddy to arrive late to work to get a vehicle.

Called Mini Mall Storage to compare prices for a 5x10 unit.
To my surprise this company was nearly half of what I was paying for storage on the same road. Majester with Mini Mall was extremely pleasant. He got me switched over the phone, sent the contract via email. The process was quick and convenient.

The office personnel have great communication and get back to me right away with updates and answers. The crew's are also great with communication and are always updating us until the job is finished.

Alex and Jose were my movers and did a wonderful job! Move complete in less than 4 hours (and that included a 30-minute drive and going up stairs at both ends). Highly recommended.
