The office staff, (Jareds), were very helpful & would respond immediately. The moving team, Mr. Walker & Mr. Roddy were amazing. Furniture was protected very well. I would definitely recommend this team!

Moving can be one of the most stressful things we do but these guys changed how chaotic that big day was. Their professional, respectful, patient and kind approach helped move day become less stressful than usual. Their attention to detail with wrapping the furniture in plastic to helping pack up those last few items is what sets them apart. We would highly recommend Prompt Moving Company to anyone needing movers.

I had a a move that included unloading at 2 locations and loading at 1. The guidance I was given before I even scheduled Brandon really helped orchestrate the move. The guys that did the actual labor were so professional, courteous, conscientious and WORK HORSES!

This was the best move we’ve ever had. All of the workers were great. The driver, Earl, was outstanding. They were always on time and worked hard. Shiela, the estimator/coordinator was very helpful and made the whole thing easy. Unless they provide service to our next destination, Heaven, this will be our last move, but we’d recommend them to anyone else.
