Rented a unit at this place the day after Thanksgiving, I have yet to be able to access my storage unit whenever I want. The keypad for entry isn't working properly and I have had to call the emergency after hours number every time I need to get in and they contact someone to remotely open the gate, if the keypad isn't working, leave the gate open until it gets fixed. My husband and I are in the process of moving and needing to put things in storage, and it's frustrating when I have to call every single time! I am having to wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes each time I go to get in the gate...not happy at all

Jodie and Dee were very helpful in assisting me with renting a unit and also quick. I was able to get the units secured on my lunch break. 10/10 would recommend.

You can not get in your building after 8pm that is absolutely ridiculous it's too hot any other time if you had time to do it any earlier & having your own code to get in what the hell could happen that you wouldn't know who did it. I don't understand that early!

I had such a great experience, I have to share. 4 of the nicest guys showed up to move bulky, heavy furniture from an upstairs apartment unit to a new home. They made a conga line and I was loaded up within an hour and a half. I had all my stuff in my new house in record time and they placed things in the correct rooms. Nothing was damaged or broke; I have antique dressers, glassware, and china. If you are lucky enough to get this type of team, please tip them. They deserve it!
