Staff are very nice, helpful and professional. Storage units are priced better than other storage facilities. Units are very clean and fairly lit. Carts are always available. Restroom is fairly clean.

The Vietnamese owner booked the appointment and she kept changing the time on me. She ended up canceling my appointment the last minute and I was told that she keeps doing it to her customers frequently. This is not how you run a successful business and I don't want other people to make the same mistake that I did. What a lousy business practice!! The owner is so downright shady

It started great, but they rushed out before finishing - left half of my bedframe downstairs and my sofa and other bedroom things in a heap. Told them the whole point of paying all that money was because of my TBI and they made a flood of excuses until I was quite fed up. In the end I got a small courtesy refund, which helped, but I would suggest them not to rush through jobs for what they charge and also to protect precious items with blankets by default. Just was expecting a stress-free experience and didn't really get that. On top of the actual move bring average at best the manager was gruff on the phone when all I wanted was to ask a question. At least the movers themselves are friendly.
