I trusted this company with my stuff for my move from AZ to CT in November. They lost two wardrobe boxes full of my clothes. The boxes included all my pants, blouses, swimsuits, tank tops, and wedding accessories. They also lost a gold vase that my late grandmother gifted me, and a sandbag. Who knows if the drivers stole my things. It's been three months and I'm still crying and losing sleep over this ordeal. I'm in agony over the things they lost. They don't even care. They've been working on tracing my things, but no progress at all. I haven't heard from them. I'm so sad because of their incompetence. I can't even celebrate my cross-country move because of what they did. I trusted them to move my things and they lost half of my wardrobe and an extremely special gift from my grandmother. Where are my things? How can they just disappear into thin air? How can the executives of this company be okay with this kind of unprofessionalism? I'm absolutely heartbroken and feel so betrayed. When I call to inquire, they could not care less and tell me there's nothing more they can do. How? You were paid to transfer my things and two tall wardrobe boxes just don't show up? What makes no sense is the stuff that is lost was checked off by their driver and not me. This is incredibly shady and dishonest. Why did your driver check off the things that are missing specifically? You should be ashamed of yourselves for losing my things and not even caring about it. It's ridiculous and unacceptable, and no one should trust this company with their things. I wish I could support and endorse a family-owned business like this one, but in the end, they screwed me over and didn't even bat an eye over it. You've ruined my life and devastated me.

It is an overwhelming task of relocating and Greg and his team made it seem easy and smooth at both locations. I tried to ask for an estimate online but the link was broken. The next day I was able to submit a request. Two days later I tried to call them. Left a message, never heard back. Unfortunate too, as a veteran I was really wanting to support their business. Hire a dedicated point of contact so you can be reached.
The guys were great. They were very positive and professional. I would hire them again in a minute.
The crew from Fallon couldn’t have been more helpful! From my first interaction with Jon in customer service to Will and his pack and move crew, everyone was polite, friendly and professional. Will walked in the door and said “my job is to make you happy”, and he did that. They were careful with our belongings, packed fragile items with care and then helped move furniture that was not going in the van. Extremely happy with Fallon!
