Frank was extremely helpful and had all the answers. Tyler and Frank. Wow professional, careful and worked quite hard. I was impressed by their work ethics. I would highly recommend thoughtful movers if you're on the go. I would also recommend Tyler and Frank to be you're pickup and or drop off guys. I have used Rocks moving the last two times I have moved and I couldn’t be happier. The team they have from the person who answers the phone all the way to the guys who move you are very professional! The gentleman who moved is this last time we’re so amazing from the start. The Eros your furniture to protect it, they make sure when unloading it goes here you want it and they worked their tails off!! Anthony and Isaiah deserve a big shout out for helping us move in this terrible heat! We couldn’t have done it without them and we appreciate the fact they actually wanted to do a good job! Thank you Rocks moving I will continue to recommend you!

Great experience! The movers were very efficient and did a good job unloading and getting all of our things moved in! I definitely would recommend using them! Quick and easy !

We used them for their Complete Move Management. The packing and unpacking service was phenomenal, but they subcontracted the actual move to another moving company. That company was average, and the subcontracting was confusing and not explained clearly. Additonally, Redefined Living's final bill had padded hours--not enough to complain but definetly noticeable. I'd recommend them, but with the caveat of limiting their involvement of the move to the unpacking and packing services--skip the Complete Move Management.

Chris showed up this morning, on time, and with a great work spirit. Gret work ethic! He had all my boxes unloaded into his bin quickly, and stacked my empty boxes neatly! The shredding was done in minutes, paid him, signed papers and the transaction was complete. I would recommend BRM to everyone!!
