Also known as National Moving Services. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A family member was helping with our cross country moving logistics and found this company. It seemed reputable and professional, but all they do is broker out your move!

I have moved previously with my company who hired the Ferrari of movers, but I was doing this move on my own $$ so we tried to keep expenses low on this move. We hired “National Moving” to assist in PACKING, BOXING and physically driving our 1,200 sq ft 2 bed, 2 bath condo. On the day of our move, they sent TWO people. I was expecting them to send at least 4-6. I was shocked. It took my husband and the 2 movers 13 hrs to package everything up (I wasn’t physically there to help). The 2 movers were so unprofessional - it’s not even worth getting into the details on that.

This turned out to be a moderately priced move. $7500 to get from TN to CT. I would have paid 1.5x that amount for Wheaton, United Vanlines, etc to handle this move knowing what I know now.

I put an Apple AirTag in 1 of our boxes and saw that our stuff was actually driven to MO (the total opposite direction of TN to CT) and I was fuming. “National moving” assured us that our stuff would NOT be consolidated with another household’s goods and this ended up happening to us anyways.

Several boxes were missing, too many irreplaceable items were damaged. I couldn’t even submit a claim because of how sketchy the requirements were to submit the claim.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES SERVICES.

The best experience ever moving. Very professional and they really take care of your furniture. I would recommend to anybody who wants to use moving services.

These guys are the best. Jean is an amazing young man. I originally got his name from a friend who works at a furniture company. They were just starting out at the time. They are very easy to work with and do an amazing job. We have used them 3 times now and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Exceptional customer service from Carolyn at UPack HQ in Ft Smith, Arkansas! I am just beginning the process of researching long distance move options. Called UPack and had a 15 minute chat with Carolyn about the UPack service and process. So friendly. So informative. A true advocate for Upack. Her enthusiasm for UPack is notable. Carolyn answered all my questions thoroughly and offered additional insights I had not considered. I now have no plans to look any further into other moving options and am committed to engaging UPack. I am a small business owner in a customer service business and rarely am I served as well as I serve my customers. Carolyn exceed my expectations for this initial call experience. I would hire her in a heartbeat for my business. Thank you Carolyn!

Very good services

Jonathan and Kenneth were so professional and friendly! They moved a very large electric fireplace out of my grandmother’s condo to give to a friend. They wrapped it with care and secured it in the truck. Our family friend who received the delivery said they did a great job moving it into her place and that they were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely use this company again! (And would ask for Jonathan and Kenneth!)

I was very impressed to see how professional the clerks were helping me when I needed to rent another storage room! The entire process went smootly due to their knowledge!
