First of all my rent was originally $89 for a 10x20. By the end of the year it was over $150 and now it’s $237. I was on auto pay for a while when all of a sudden it wasn’t without my knowledge, and was charged a late fee. Getting through to speak with the location manager generally takes days but when you want to pay there’s plenty of people to talk to. So I decided to relocate. When I started moving I found that all of my belongings were covered in heavy dust and most all of the soft goods had been eaten up by rats or something. I had two deer mounts chewed up as well. Boxes on the floor had indications of water damage, so obviously there’s no moisture barrier under the slab. So I give them an “F” all around.
A big corporation has bought them out and customer service is non existent. I was able to find the same unit elsewhere for only $107, with someone actually managing the office.

Started out great. Jimmy was able to help me over the new year holidays. He was very nice and the only thing is well I called to confirm our move and was told that 4 guys would be there at 9. Well, 2 showed up at 730 instead, and another guy just appeared around 830 or 9. I'm not sure cause he just appeared and wasn't doing much and took more breaks than he did moving stuff. So it was a very slow process which was frustrating since I had everything broken down and ready to go, but the move got worse traveling to the new house because I left after them stopped at a gas station and still beat the guys by 25 minutes and a 4th guy finally showed up but he sat on the uhaul and watched us and moved even slower than the 3rd guy and he didn't do much of anything and probably smoked more cigarettes than what he unloaded. He didn't put the maybe 2 or 3 light pieces where I told him they were going, and it was more half assed than anything I've ever seen. My 11 year old would have been more helpful, so that was very frustrating to watch. Then the guys broke two pieces of furniture because they didn't load it securely in the truck and just weren't very careful picking things up and putting them down so that upset me to the point I couldn't watch anymore and started unloading my stuff with my torn acl and painful knee. And even then, with a jacked up knee, I unloaded and put away more things than the 3rd and 4th guy combined, so that made me mad. I'm glad Jimmy knocked 200 bucks off the deal but honestly the first 2 guys could've done the job faster and it probably would have been cheaper than 800 bucks and wouldn't have taken all morning to finish. So thanks, Jerry, and whatever the other guys name is, i don't think anyone told me their name except Jerry and Jimmy, the owner. All I can say is I'm glad my stuff was moved and that it wasn't as expensive as the 2 late, slow, worthless, other 2 guys were trying to make it. I probably won't be using mighty men again. Can't believe that the 4th guy showed up at the unload and did Jack Squat and made the other guys slower to. I'm starting to think I should have gotten more off the bill than what I got honestly, but it is what it is, and I'm grateful Jimmy knocked off some because i was very unhappy about everything even though he did.

A tenant of mine used this company to
move in July. They took stuff that wasn’t supposed to be moved and will not return the items, some of which are $100+ items. I’ll remove this post if someone from the company actually responds or helps get this finally solved.

I hired them last minute so I expected the price to be a little higher but not for the job they did. The guy I spoke to on the phone was friendly but whoever actually did the move is mediocre at best. Don’t hire these people. They charged me $200/hr to do a move out of my apartment and didn’t even finish. On top of that didn’t even have their own trucks so we paid for them to rent someone else’s basically. Made up a bullshhh excuse about how they “aren’t allowed to touch woman’s belongings” and left my ENTIRE bathroom and hallway closet full from top to bottom all of my hygiene and bathroom products. All because they were too lazy because it was a lot of items….yet they cleaned my daughters bathroom out since it was only a few items (thought they couldn’t touch woman’s belongings though). Then had the nerve to get an attitude over the phone when I called my family member that was with them navigating them through everything, and I said something about it. Total waste and not worth the money. Hire someone from thumbtack and safe yourself the money and trouble. If you are PAID to do a job, DO IT RIGHT.

We rented a unit recently, 10 stars for Stacey customer service. When we arrived at the facility we had no problems accessing our unit. The unit was clean with brand new still in package locks to secure our unit.
