Everyone I dealt with, on both ends, was extremely helpful and professional. I’d especially like to thank the Traffic team in West Palm-Jackie, I believe- and then Cassandra in customer service, and our pickup and delivery driver Jonathan, in Colorado. I did not meet the delivery driver in Palm City, but she did a great job. Start to finish, the entire transaction was so smooth, and the price was very reasonable. I will highly recommend U Haul U Box!!!

I used AEY to move to a different state. While on the phone talking about pricing and time frame, the quote i was given seemed reasonable. When the movers came the price they said i owed was much higher than the original price, but i paid it. I moved 2 weeks later, i called the company many times to see where my belongings were and was rarely given an answer other than were waiting on other people to move that way, which was not what i was told originally. I waited for 3 months for my belongings to arrive, sleeping on the floor for this time. When the truck finally did arrive, they had hired people off craigslist to move my belongings inside again not what i was told would happen. After my belongings were moved inside, they had lost some of my items, including my bed. I was told to file a claim for all the items missing and i would receive compensation that way. I messaged and called the company for months with no response about my claim. I even got a lawyer involved to see if that would get them to respond and it didn't. To this day i have never heard from them regarding my claim. Don't use this company, moving is a headache enough without all this added on to it.

Was moving to Georgia and had hired this company to move a 10x20 storage unit from Washington State. Was quoted a price, paid the deposit. Then Concorde hired another company to do the job. It went thru 4 different drivers before one shows up at my storage unit to tell me that there was too much stuff and that he was not going to transport my belonging unless I pay an extra 5000. So my husband and I went up to Washington and picked up all my stuff. Was told by Concorde that they will not be giving me back my deposit because a canceled.
On our way back we were sideswiped by a semi truck and totaled the cargo trailer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you can go U-Haul and do it yourself.

Always a great experience when using pods moving in storage, but this time was exceptional, my driver Cheryl at the west palm location was full of joy and happy to help me she also made sure to protect my lawn and driveway as it is not the easiest path to where I wanted my pod

Got recommended this company from a friend in Palm Beach and they did a fantastic job! I've used several moving companies over the past few years and these guys were without a doubt the best I dealt with. They wrapped up precious art and moved all my things with great care. They even assisted with donating pieces that I no longer wanted. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
