Probably the easiest going move I have experienced in many years. The owner quoted me a flat rate, which was more than reasonable, showed up exactly on time and delivered me exactly on time. I couldn’t be more pleased. Too bad other movers don’t follow this example.

Where should I start? This move was the worst experience I've had in over 15 moves I've had in my life! I thought I chose a reputable company after speaking with the owner. He stated they move high end furniture at the Mart all the time. If this is true I'm not a believer after the manner my furniture was treated and how disrespectful his staff was the whole time. I am now left with many scratches and torn fabrics. My furniture was custom so not easy to have replaced or repaired. I purchased the insurance they offer and that was nothing but a scam. The owner came out to my new location during the move since I called and stated his workers were mistreating my furniture. They were not using furniture blankets nor plastic wrap. It was too late at this point. The damage was done. I tried to speak with him regarding a claim and he put me off to his so called manager that has never reached out as he said she would. I even ask for a copy of the insurance policy, they would not provide one. I think the insurance is a scam to add on additional fees and not stand behind. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a practically new 2003 JD 990 with 38 hours last year and they delivered it to Tuscaloosa the next day! Hands down the best tractor I have ever owned. Thank you Jeff and crew!

They came out to do a job, scratched the wall hit the chandler and then quit the job in the third middle of it and left.

Now that the dust has settled after the move, I just want to thank the Arpin team for making this the most painless move ever – I have moved 15 times in the last 30 years and this was the most amazing one! The guys were courteous, friendly, efficient, and punctual; I couldn’t have asked for a better crew! I will definitely be referring the company to friends and family!

We were very impressed with Eugene and Chris. The guys showed up on time and worked very efficiently to complete our move within 3 hours. This is our second experience with Ga Pack & Load and would highly recommend.
