I paid for the month of October but moved my belongings out on October 5th because that is what worked for me and the individuals that were helping me. But they didn’t refund me any of that remaining payment. I was in for 4 days of October and I am not entitled to any refund. What a rip!! Doesn’t make any sense! I would understand if I only had a couple days left in October I wouldn’t ask for a refund. But there are weeks left in the month and I can’t get a refund??? Again that is a rip off!!
We love this place nice customer service just to let everyone know there is not 24-hour access at this facility the gate that lets you in and out with your passcode locks at 10:00 p.m. if you are in here at 10:00 p.m. you will not be able to exit without calling for help. Great until it wasn't. Moving truck broke down and I was graceful and released my money to them so they could fix the truck, and had no issue doing so. In return though, I let them borrow a knife while unloading (Which was almost 10 days later than expected, which again, was understanding)that they took with. A $400 KNIFE, that the owner on Feb 12, said he would be mailing to me. Since then, has now ignored me, and also smashed my Peloton screen, and promised to repair, and never did so, and now has completely disappeared and ignored me; Just a shame to have to leave this as a warning to folks. Seems like stand up guys, but lack in follow through.

The company did an awesome job moving my furniture and boxes from one house to the next. Timely and professional. They even stayed longer and helped my handyman move in my dryer which was a lot of work. Will use this company again in the future.
We've been renting here for years and I must say how disappointed I am with your company. I've told the manager numerous times that a homeless man have been sleeping in the hall and nothing has been done about it. Even today, the same man is laying on the floor by the entrance, with some kind of oxygen mask on. I am usually alone and thought if I express my concerns regarding my safety, that the Store Manager would react. He acted like there was nothing he could do about it because he can't control what happen before or after store hours. The halls are a mess, and the elevators has been broken for months. I have to haul heavy equipment up the stairs to get to my unit. It's a shame, but somehow other ESS stores seem to have a control of Managing their properties, but not this one. You have my word...If I get hurt carrying my heavy items up the stairs or hurt by the homeless man living on the property, I will take legal action! This is just getting out of hand!
