Chicago Moving Companies 2024

Terrible experience. My tv and three lamps were broken, they lost a chair, and my mattress was somehow missplaced for 9 days. When I received it, it was water damaged and covered in black mold. I was told to file a claim which took months and then was reimbursed around $100 for all the damages. During this time, I was told that I HAD to keep my mattress (again, covered in mold) & all other broken things until the case had resolved. Frustrating and insulting. The folks I interacted with were great, but the systems put in place to manage my move were not successful.

Malachi and his men are extremely professional and it only took 2 hours and 15 minutes to move my 1 bedroom apartment. They are the real deal and they don't mess around so be prepared when they get there. No extra fees or costs, everything is in your contract. I would definitely recommend this company o anyone who is moving.

Horrible moving company, this company moved my mothers home and ruined her furniture that was perfectly fine and in good shape, they have no professionalism at all. If you know what is best you would not use this company. They also didn’t have any of their own tools so they had to use my dads tools to break down and put up our furniture. If I was able to upload the furniture that they ruined I most definitely would. The guys who were moving her things also stole my sisters iPad, this was the worst experience ever and wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their time. This is an extremely ghetto and unprofessional business . We would never utilize this moving company again nor would we ever recommend them to anyone.

Quick and affordable moving company.

These movers helped me have a stress-free move day. They were on time efficient and even helped me move stuff around when I didn’t know where I wanted it. It made my whole move a lot easier and I am very happy that my friend recommended H2H movers so I’m doing the same to anyone I know who needs a moving company!

The movers from Smooth Relocation vanlines were prompt and professional. They were careful to protect everything during transit and the amount they quoted was exactly what they charged. We have a few items that need to be protected and packed carefully , so they really did a great job protecting my furniture and they also did a great job packing. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with this company recently. I had a last minute move that I couldn’t handle alone so i had to call on you guys the guy Alex who you sent out was an amazing help he was fast, careful, and very well trained. I would recommend Alex and this company to friends and family in the future

New city was awesome! They were on time, efficient, and extremely professional! They took so much stress out of moving! While trying to schedule this move, during a pandemic, they were quick to respond to all of my questions and be flexible with my buildings changing requirements! I will definitely use New City again!
