Booked them less than a week before my move, and chose them because they had better pricing than anybody else; on Thursday before my move, I found out they run a bait-and-switch operation. The price I was told during the original estimate was WRONG, because he (a man named Vincent) told me that one hour drive time was included between my 1st location and my new location. On the call today, they told me that fee is for them to drive to me, and that it would be an additional fee to drive my stuff to the new location. When I questioned this, a man with a ghetto accent yelled at me on the phone before telling me that he's cancelling my move and hanging up on me. This is a TERRIBLE BUSINESS. I'm a single woman with a disabled elderly dependent who now needs to find an alternative moving service in less than three days. There is a special place in hell for people like this, trying to take advantage of someone in a tight spot. They haven't refunded my money yet; I reached out to them via email, because I imagine they'd try and keep that too, despite it being greater than 48 hours before the move. What a shitty experience, adding greater stress to an already stressful situation.
See screenshot as proof of my deposit and attempt to get services from these jerks. When I called to confirm that it was cancelled, they were rude again, and hung up on me again. How do they stay in business, acting this way? It's laughable.

Wow compare to the sketchy place I was in before the gate always open dint feel secure but this place door closes like less then 5 seconds so no creep could go in and alot of cameras and always police presence all I know feel safe and secure for safety of me or family and my items

I couldn't be happier with Clean House Removal's services. A RE agent friend of mine (who I fully trust) referred them which is the primary reason I hired CHR. I had two companies come out to price the job and CHR came in with the lowest estimate. They are a great group of really hard-working guys and they finished the job earlier then I was quoted. You won't be disappointed hiring
this company.

Brand new bedroom set completely ruined. Explanation was it was left in the elevator and a neighbor must’ve hit / moved it. My couch fabric is torn, tv stand chipping my apartment door has chips. The guy I spoke with on the phone offered no resolution , not even a discount , an apology nothing! It took a lot for me to do this review but I woke up with no bed to sleep on and a completely mutilated bedroom set that is less than a month old and no type of resolution I don’t even think the company has any type of insurance. I paid because I wanted them to just leave before I got more upset and I still tried to be respectful while listening to the excuses and the advice to super glue my bed back. I’m still in shock

Great place to rent a truck plus they explain everything to a tee so you don't miss anything about your rental
