Had a pretty terrible experience with this moving company and would truly not recommend them to anyone. The movers acted so exasperated and seemed as if they dreaded being there. They did everything in their power to move our furniture as quickly as possible. Nothing was handled with care. Things were tossed around. At one point, our expensive rug was thrown onto the road outside our house and I had to remind the movers to bring it in before leaving. The movers had no interest in moving our furniture or boxes to the appropriate places in the apartment, but rather throwing them inside as quickly possible so that they could leave as quickly as possible. The bed was put together improperly and we had to re-do it ourselves. They used the wrong tape the shut the drawers on my office desk and the stripped varnish right off. I could continue, but you get the gist. Sure, the only redeeming quality is that the administrative staff on the phone is quite nice and that can lull you into a sense of safety. But seriously, if you use this moving company - you are making a poor decision.

We just completed a move from an work apartment in DC to a home in NY, which was handled by me from NY. I could not have asked for things to go smoother. They kept in constant communication with me, keeping me updated on progress and arrival time in NY. Everything was exactly on time. My boss met them at the drop off location and said they were wonderful. They worked with him on getting everything where he needed it to be. They were great to work with and everything went smoothly and with minimal effort on my part!

Had one of the best experiences working with 495. Was relocating from DC area to Miami for work. It was a big move but they made the transition very comfortable. They came onsite to do an estimate beforehand which I thought was great. They gave an estimate and stood by the quote. There were no hidden fees. The movers were very professional, punctual, friendly and careful. I highly recommend using them for any move, small or large, local or out of the area. We had a great experience with Jake’s. I had a last minute move and they were able to move two apartments out of state within 24 hours of my request. They were professional and efficient. Would highly recommend!

This is move #11 of a 22 year military career, and it was by far the best one I've experienced. Joe Moholland moving is the best I have ever seen across nine states and one foreign country. Their four guys professionally packed 17,000 lbs of stuff in a three story house in about seven hours, leaving my family to enjoy our last evenings at home without having people all over. Moreover, they were incredibly polite, responsive, and professional. They labeled all of the boxes so well that it was simple to get them to the right rooms in our new home, and so far everything is in perfect shape. I think this may be the first time ever I do not have items to claim for damage. I am a very happy customer!

Moving can be one of the most stressful times, and Camelback Moving was amazing at getting me to my new place. I've never hired a professional moving service before (always was a DIY or have friends help) and Nate in sales was perfect and helped get me set up for my move. On the day of my move, I received a call from the movers, Gilbert and Juan S, letting me know they finished their other move early, and to see if I was ok with them coming over early. They were fast and efficient, and well worth the reasonable cost compared to having friends help you move. It saved my back, my stress levels, and just made it incredibly easy. Thanks again guys, I'll definitely be using you for any future moves.

The movers were on time, professional, and FAST! They packed everything that wasn't tied down, lol. They moved us in, set up our bed, and even dropped off some stuff at our storage unit. Very gracious and friendly crew.

Byron cage Robert and Carlos did our move today! Words cannot describe their awesomeness. From the get go of good morning they had a smile on their face throughout the pack and move. We have a townttown home condo which is notorious for so manyamany stairs but they did not complain. They spent over 12 hours with us and the words resonate in their actions as.they all say " we got you ". I would recommend them Inna heart beat and this crew specifically made our entire experience truly memorable and amazing.
