I absolutely hate moving with every part of my being, but I‘d move again next week as long as these guys are in charge of the job. I cannot say enough good things about them! They are true professionals with excellent work ethic who will take utmost care of all your possessions. They took on my long distance move very last minute at night after I was completely abandoned by another moving company. Always Helpful movers took my things across 3 states and not one item was broken, damaged, or even scratched. They wrapped everything carefully even when on a time crunch. John’s entire staff is amazingly professional and kind. Both managers that worked with me were excellent. They always answered the phone when I reached out, very responsive and attentive. The young Nigerian and Cameroonian movers, Tom, and the adorable Joseph were all so hardworking and efficient! They never took any breaks and worked tirelessly so the jobs were done in record time. I am immensely grateful I stumbled upon this company, they took all the stress out of my hectic move and I will use them again in a heartbeat for any future moves!

By far the best movers i had ever. I had them last yr for my last move and this time around i needed to be moved again but i had already had other movers set to remove my things and my movers cancelled on me and didn’t tell me. I was able to call same day and got a good quote and the movers came and was done at the exact time frame requested. I will always recommend them. Fast and makes sure your belongings are safe. Keep up the good work men.

Being out of state trying to coordinate a pack/move/storage of my daughter's dorm room was simplified with the great folks at Premier Moving & Storage. The folks in the office were very professional and nice (even with all my questions...LOL). The mover on site (Jamie) was awesome as she ran into a snag at the school, but she and team handled it and kept me informed the whole way (remotely). Lastly they sent me a quick video of the dorm room (per my request) to show it was all cleared. Awesome Service and team, I highly recommend them. Thank You Premier...You guys ROCK!

Four months ago I needed to move from one home to another home 30 minutes away from each other. I moved a lot of items ourself and had everything boxed up to move. I had plastic tubes in a basement that I needed help with bringing upstairs. I set up a time for TLC Company to be there at 9:00 am. They called me a half hour after they were supposed to be there and said they were running late. Three people finally arrived at 10:30 am. Their appearance was not what you would think a professional moving company would be. The help was sketching to say the least! My family was trying to help get things up out of the basement and they did not want our help because we were working to fast for them since I was paying them by the hour. Before they came I gave the woman at the office how much stuff I had. They sent the biggest truck but made one trip and would have needed to make another but I said no. When I got back to my old home they had left heavy furniture that I ended up moving myself. I was told they would wrap my furniture but they did not. One price of furniture was wrapped. I had antiques that were scrapped deeply and nicks of wood chipped off on a lot of my furniture. They had no idea how to load or unload the truck. Most of my plastic tubes fell over in the truck and when they were unloading the truck they had the ramp with the dolly and had tubes stacked three tall. They fell off and broke a lot of stuff. Most items have scratches or dents. When I got to my new house they drove by the house to waste time. I will never use this company ever. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. Anyone I know I would not recommend TLC Moving Company. Horrible moving experience. Never again.

We are a Military Family and these guys did phenomenal job! Very professional family! They were on time and on point and fast. They asked us what House hold good we wanted packed and how. If we had any concerns they fixed it or answered right away. Now getting to our destination they made it even easier they put our furniture and took the empty boxes of what my husband and I unpacked while they were moving everything in. They definitely changed my perspective on moving because this was the most easy and definitely less stressful move I have ever done. Trust me being military we move A LOT! Thank you guys soooooo much!
